What materials are the shirts & hoodies made of?

All materials are included on the product information page. T-Shirts are made of cotton (heather colors are a cotton/polyester blend). Hoodies are typically a 55% Cotton; 45% Polyester mix. Exact ratio may vary depending on colors.

How do I cancel an order?

Due to the “print on demand” nature of our products, once an order is in production, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed or edited as the item may have been created.

If you feel that you submitted your order in error or absolutely need to cancel it, please contact us at (email) with the subject CANCEL ORDER so that we can try to catch it before it goes to production. Unfortunately, some products go to production very quickly, so we cannot guarantee that we can cancel it.

How long does it take to ship a product?

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after placing an order. Please check out our Shipping Info page for estimated shipping times.

Do you have a size chart so I know what size to order?

You’ll find a handy size chart on every product listing page. Please refer to that, as sizing varies depending on the product.

What if I have issues placing my order?

We’re so sorry you’re having difficulties. Please contact us at and let us know what is going on so that we can help you out.

Can I put a message inside my order?

Currently, no. We process your order through one or more printing companies, so it is not possible for us to include special notes or messages with the order.



Shipping FAQs

Is shipping included in the price?

No, shipping is not included in the price. Please check out our Shipping Info page for estimate costs.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs= Cost of 1st item + cost each additional item multiplied by the number of additional items.

For example: If you order 3 shirts to be delivered to the US, you pay $4.00 x 1 + $2.00 x 2 = $8.00.

So, you pay $4.00 for the first item and $2.00 each for the other two items.

How is my order shipped?

Most of our orders are shipped through UPS Mail Innovations, UPS Surepost, and UPS Mail Innovations International. Some of our printing partners may also use USPS or FedEx.

How can I track my package?

Tracking numbers will be sent to you automatically as soon as your order ships. From there, you can click the link in the email to go to our shipping partner’s website and get up-to-date information on the status of your delivery.

Why is my order stuck in production?

Reasons for orders being in production longer than usual: 

  • The garment is out of stockand needs to be ordered in.
  • If there is an issue with an item in the order, the whole order will be delayed.
  • Large orders of 12 items or moremay have additional production times. 


Why am I am missing an item from my order?

Depending on your order, items may come from multiple different fulfillment companies. Therefore, they may arrive separately. If you have not received your item within two weeks after placing your order, please contact us.

I received the wrong item (size/color). How do I get the right one?

If you received something different from what you ordered, please contact us right away and we will help you get the right item.
